Mr. Ross Mclean president of the Dow Chemical Africa planting a tree during a CSR function in Patongo Northern Uganda – Dow Chemicals wrapped the Patongo Vocational Centre in Northern Uganda with the same multi-colored thermoplastic membrane that was developed for the London 2012 Olympic Games. Publics Africa was tasked with CSR Event Oversight, Media relations, Personality endorsement by Speaker of the EALA Hon. Daniel Kidega, Gold medalist Steven Kiprotich and local community leaders. The center is run by a local NGO, Passion for Community and provides vocational training, education and sanctuary for former child soldiers and other vulnerable young people afflicted by conflict and poverty in Northern Uganda.
