Incorporating activities such as stakeholder identification, stakeholder Prioritization and analysis of their world-views into the risk management process can make it easier for organizations to take more informed decisions about how to shape & navigate an often ill-defined environment. With Petroleum authority we had the pleasure to be invited as a key media influencer but also contribute ideas on pioneering stakeholder engagement exercise within the Oil & gas sector in Uganda.
